Three Professions. One Conclusion.

Brian Kerrigan is a CPA, a lawyer, and a management consultant. Very few people work inside all three of those worlds — and that combination is exactly what led to this firm.

As a CPA, he saw how firm economics actually work: how compliance fees compress, how realization slips, and how much value walks out the door as unbilled advice given in passing.

As an attorney, he saw the other side — matters priced by the hour, risk carried by individuals, and process treated as something that would compromise professional judgment rather than protect it.

As a management consultant, he watched firms in every other industry productize: turning knowledge into defined offerings, standard delivery, and recurring revenue. Professional service firms had the expertise to do the same and almost none of the machinery.

So he built it. Excelerating Business Growth is the practical version of that conclusion: operating systems for how expert work gets scoped, delivered, priced, and sold — with AI agents doing the assembly so professionals spend their time on the judgment clients pay for.

  • Judgment is the product; assembly is not — automate the second, protect the first.
  • A service line is not real until it is priced, staffed, and sold.
  • Standardization should reduce rework, never flatten professional advice.
  • Recurring revenue is an operating decision, not a marketing message.
02 / The Problem

Custom Work Does Not Scale. That Is The Whole Problem.

Firms do not stall because their advice is weak. They stall because the way that advice is produced cannot be repeated, delegated, or priced.

01

Every Engagement Starts Over

Scoping, workpapers, and deliverables get rebuilt each time, so margin depends on who happens to be staffed.

02

Revenue Lives In A Few Heads

The firm's best work is tied to specific partners. It cannot be delegated, priced consistently, or sold at volume.

03

Fees Compress, Costs Don't

Compliance and project work face constant price pressure while salaries, technology, and insurance keep climbing.

04

Advisory Stalls At Delivery

Firms sell advisory, then discover there is no repeatable process behind it — so it quietly reverts to hourly work.

03 / The Solution

We Rebuild How The Work Is Produced.

Every engagement follows the same four moves. The output is a service line your firm owns — documented, priced, staffed by agents, and already in front of clients.

01

Systemize The Expertise

We turn how your best people work into a documented operating system — stages, inputs, deliverables, and the review gates where judgment is required.

02

Package And Price It

The system becomes a named offer with a defined promise, tiers, and a recurring component, priced on value instead of hours.

03

Deploy The AI Agents

Prebuilt agents handle assembly, drafting, analysis, and checking inside the process, so the same team delivers far more work.

04

Launch And Coach

The team is trained, the offer goes in front of named clients, and the measures and cadence keep adoption in place after launch.

04 / What We Bring

Six Industries. 99 AI Agents. One Operating Model.

You do not start from a blank page. Each industry has a complete STAR operating system — consulting, accounting, legal, tax, wealth and audit — and every capability inside it has an AI agent already built for it. Firm-wide programs sit on top.
