Over the next few months, most small and mid-sized businesses will begin their strategic plans for 2025. Before you can start that plan, you need to have three fundamentals in place. The three fundamentals are discussed more fully below. The Dynastic Wealth program will help business owners achieve generational and dynastic wealth from the business they are operating somewhat successfully today. The first thing that they need to buy into is their role as the CEO means that they should be solely focused on the value of the business because the value and strength of the business will ultimately determine the quality of their retirement and the family legacy. It will also help them achieve more work life balance as their focus will be more limited, they will be taught time mastery skills, and they will be taught delegation and coaching skills. We have a short e-book that will take them about 15 minutes to read that will drive home the fact they should be solely focused on value creating activities.  Once we have them focused on these principles, we need to teach them what focusing on value actually means. Value creation is a function of Financial Performance, Growth Potential, the Switzerland Structure, Cash Flow, Recurring Revenues, Sustainable Competitive Advantage, Customer Satisfaction, and Lack of Dependency on the Business Owner. We have a second 15 minute e-book that will walk them through these concepts. Once we have them bought in on the need to focus on value creating activities and what those activities are, we need to understand their endgame.  Are they going to sell the business or pass it on to the next generation and how will this affect their retirement and legacy goals?  We have a third short e-book called the Endgame that will help them work through these issues.
