The Big Four, the large consulting firms, and some of the largest investment firms have decided that their Enterprise clients are not capable of implementing AI on their own. I fully agree with that. None of us can drop in a system and declare any size company transformed. The forward deployed engineers that are working with the Enterprise clients are planning on doing these things.

  • The FDE's are going into companies to find the problems that are worth solving.

  • They will custom build solutions.

  • They will implement the custom built solutions and

  • presumably, they would maintain the systems.

The one thing that I have not seen is whether individual and organizational capabilities will be developed so that the Enterprise client is not permanently dependent on the FDE's.

Our approach is different.

  • We have developed diagnostic systems that tell us which three or four initiatives that the company needs to focus on.

  • We are building off a standardized structure and customizing it to the client.

  • We are developing the individual and organizational capabilities so that a new business model can be completely turned over to the client in year 3.

We have made a significant change to the newsletter. Most people on LinkedIn are struggling to determine what is real and what is AI slop. We are moving to video because you cannot fake video.
